2. House hunting 1750,- €

• visit of the properties accompanied by berlinrelocation
• help with the rental agreement negotiations
• explanation of the rental or purchase contract
• help with setting up a rental deposit savings account
• accompanying the apartment/house handover
• explanation and verification of the transfer protocol
A possible brokerage commission is not included in the price.

3. Family service 325,- € per child (4th and further children free)

4. Moving service (in connection with House hunting)

5. Public authorities service 420,- €
• registration at the resident’s registration office
• application for a tax card and tax ID
• application for child and parental allowance
• registration of pets
• application for a resident parking permit
• transcription of driving licenses
Authority fees are not included.
Service (in connection with public authority service) 65, - €/h:
• coordinating and transferring documents to the relevant authorities for visa applications
• application and extension of the work permit
• application for the residence permit
• support for passport and police records
• car registration with all necessary tests (TÜV / AU)
Fees for TÜV, vehicle signs and authorities are not included.
6. Utility service 420,- €
• registration of internet, telephone, mobile phone and television
• registration of electricity, gas and water
• application for garbage cans (if necessary)
• registration of GEZ (TV and radio charges)
• support in the opening of bank accounts
• arranging of insurance consultations (household items, health insurance, liability, ...)
7. Settling in 530,- €
• neighborhood tour for a better orientation and to get acquainted to the new residential environment
• advice and assistance with necessary purchases such as furniture and/or car
• list of important addresses and websites, information on the infrastructure
• information about international clubs
• support in hiring house staff
• three month phone service for questions about settling in
8. Departure 590,- €
• preparing the letter of termination of the lease
• preparing the letters of cancelation for bank accounts, insurance, memberships, schools, ...
• organization and coordination of renovation and final cleaning
• support with the apartment/house handover including a protocol
• deregistration with authorities
• cancelation of contracts with the utility companies
• cancelation of GEZ (TV and radio charges)
• cancelation of internet, telephone, mobile phone and TV
• cancellation of garbage cans (if necessary)
• de-registration of the vehicles
• deregistration of child and parental allowance
• organization of forwarding request to the post office
Presence on the moving day (in connection with departure service) 65, - €/h
Government fees are not included.
Prices and conditions
All prices are net prices plus VAT. In the prices mentioned are travel expenses, telephone and fax fees as well as postage included. Third-party services such as brokerage commission, rental deposit, shipping company, hotel, craftsmen and car hire are not taken over by berlinrelocation. They are payable directly by the customer. Incurred authority fees and related costs, e.g. for certified translations, will be charged to the customer upon presentation of the original invoice.
